will offer a free re-take!
The
free re-take voucher will be E-mailed to the student directly from Certiport
within 24 hours after a qualifying exam is failed on a Friday.
Students must have provided a valid E-mail address to receive the re-take
voucher.
Re-take
vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days of receipt, and can be used to take a
qualifying exam any day of the week. To
qualify, re-takes can only be used by the original candidate for the original
type of failed exam. For example,
if a student fails an Excel 2000 core exam on Friday, the free re-take voucher could
not be applied toward a Word exam — the retake could only be used for
another Excel 2000 core exam.
Vouchers
will be issued for one free re-take per paid, failed exam.
