NOW there's help for all your Telecommunications needs...C.L.A.S.S. has expanded into the demanding field of IT and telecommunications consulting. We now offer basic services such as Project Management for PBX installs, cabling, cost management, etc. With the recent saturation in the employment market of professionals with substantial telecom experience, we were able to garner these talents and form a new Telecommunications division. We can ensure adequate manpower and expertise are available on an as needed basis.  For large and small firms who  can't  or  don't  require a full-time telecommunications staff, here's your answer!

C.L.A.S.S. Information Technology division was started in September 2002.  This new addition to C.L.A.S.S. offers consulting as well as equipment installations, infrastructure provisioning and the ordering of circuits and equipment for large and small businesses.  It also provides project management planning, execution and support for a wide range of requirements including IT, voice,  message, security, audio-visual, video conferencing, using many well known project management methods and other tools. 


Personnel

The Technology division manager was previously employed with Enron for over eight years with 20 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications field.  His last position was as Director of Voice Operations and Trading Technology for Enron Net Works LLP.  His experience incorporates a vast amount of telephony with a very high emphasis on voice trading technologies (IPC Tradenet/Alliance Systems, NICE & Thales Voice Recording.  He uses his experience and expertise to consult with different clients on their telephony and computers needs.

As a dynamic director working in an IT / Telecommunications environment, he managed a staff of 50+ employees and contractors that handled the entire telecommunications and trading floor operations for Enron Net Works LLP.  He was able to assemble and manage a highly competent staff to deal with a high pressure and fault-intolerant environment. Management deems him as resourceful and ready to embrace new technologies.  He is well suited to working within a team, or independently through the use of good communications and listening skills to make decisions and motivate others.  

He has assembled a team of qualified consultants to work for the Information Technology division that possess a significant level of experience in communications.  Each one has held responsible line management positions in the communications environment.

Telecommunications Services Include:

·        Timely preparation of Requests for Proposals for telephony equipment and services required to complete a project.

·        Evaluating available options for a telecommunications strategy

·        Conducting meetings with vendors and service providers, submitting requirements to effectively manage the proposal process.

·        Estimating the budget for all items included in the scope.

·        Making recommendations to award contracts to selected vendors and service providers.

·        Submitting project plan to all participants and assigning responsibilities accordingly.

·        Coordinating the physical installation and configuration of equipment.

·        Defining a test plan for systems.

·        Coordinating the testing of installed or relocated equipment and services.

·        Managing vendor and service providers’ progress and submitting progress reports as required

·        Coordinating with existing vendor and service providers to manage a smooth transition between old and new environments. (old number call forwarding, voice recorded messages, etc.)

·        Coordinating all project participants throughout a physical move.

·        Ensuring support and coordinating training where applicable
